| Project Overview | The City of Darebin (Council) engaged JJR to conduct Level 3 Inspections of six bridges within the Council region, which were identified to require further investigation in response to previously undertaken Level 2 bridge inspections. |
| JJR Involvement | JJR’s experienced engineers conducted Level 3 bridge inspections, which included a review of existing data and design criteria, testing (if required), identify limiting components and probable causes of deterioration, generate a 3D model using the Lab 55000 by EngiSeek software, and load rating assessments.
A written and photographic report was prepared by JJR’s engineers and submitted to Council for each of the six bridges, which included a structural analysis, key findings from the inspection, and recommendations for general maintenance along with indicative cost estimates for works. |
