Project | Design Review of Electrical Infrastructure at Maroondah Highway Intersections, Croydon |
Client | MACA Civil Pty Ltd |
Project Value | < $1M |
Project Overview | MACA Civil Pty Ltd engaged JJR to undertake a peer review of a historical design package for the Maroondah Highway intersection at Croydon to verify that the design was compliant with the relevant electrical codes and standards that were applicable at time of the original design. |
JJR Involvement | JJR’s experienced engineers conducted a comprehensive review of previous intersection upgrades as provided by MACA and identified any relevant standards for electrical installation and wiring which had been used during the upgrades.
The team determined the possible methods used to install and maintain the power cables, control cables, data cables, pits, conduits, and related electrical assets at the intersection during the upgrades. A presentation was then provided to the client examining the findings. |
