Project Overview |
Council required an intrusive inspection of the Jack Grut Pavilion in Mordialloc as a follow up to a geotechnical investigation and asbestos assessment of the structure. |
JJR Involvement |
The structural inspection involved the following elements:
- Visual inspection of all structural and non-structural components;
- Identification and record of all defects observed, including wall cracks;
- Condition rating applied to defects based on risk to the structural capacity of the pavilion; and
- Summary of recommended remediation options for repair works in order of priority.
