Project Overview	The City of Whittlesea engaged JJR to perform a comprehensive condition assessment of its transportation infrastructure, including bridges, culverts, and boardwalk structures. This assessment involved Level 2 inspections and the identification of components necessitating detailed Level 3 inspections.
JJR Involvement	JJR’s proficient team conducted Level 2 inspections and identified components requiring detailed Level 3 inspections as per the VicRoads Road Structure Inspection Manual (RSIM) and Brightly Predictor inputs. Individual Level 2 inspection reports were generated for each structure, comprising photographic documentation, component condition ratings, overall condition scores, defect descriptions, and recommendations for structural components needing Level 3 inspections. Additionally, cost estimates for any required remediation work were provided.
