| JJR Involvement | JJR conducted on-site audits of the leisure centres aimed to assess the condition of the building (i.e. identify any cracking, deflection, damage and/or building settlement).
After the site audit JJR rated the risks of any identified defects as well as developed a future repair/rehabilitation schedule to ensure the building complied with relevant Australian and Building Code Standards. |
